Discover I'pizzacchiere

If you're ever wandering the beautiful streets of Florence, Italy, and craving a slice of authentic, mouth-watering pizza, I'pizzacchiere should be your first stop. Nestled in the heart of Florence at Via S. Miniato, 2, 50125 Firenze FI, this charming pizzeria brings the essence of traditional Italian pizza to life. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by the rich aroma of freshly baked dough, sizzling toppings, and a cozy atmosphere that makes it feel like home.

The menu at I'pizzacchiere is a celebration of Italy’s finest ingredients. Whether you're a fan of classic Margherita or something a bit more adventurous, there's something for everyone. The pizzas are crafted using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, with a particular focus on high-quality mozzarella and seasonal vegetables. Each pizza is prepared with precision and care, ensuring a perfect balance of flavors and textures with every bite. The crust is thin and crisp, yet soft enough to provide a satisfying chew. It's the kind of pizza that transports you to a rustic pizzeria in Naples, the birthplace of pizza itself.

One of the standout features of I'pizzacchiere is its commitment to maintaining traditional cooking methods. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven, allowing the crust to develop that perfect, slightly smoky flavor that is a hallmark of great pizza. This dedication to authenticity is what sets this pizzeria apart from many others in the area.

Aside from pizza, the restaurant also offers a variety of Italian appetizers and sides. The bruschetta, topped with ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, is a simple yet delicious way to start your meal. For those looking for something more substantial, the pasta dishes are equally impressive. From the rich and creamy carbonara to the perfectly al dente spaghetti aglio e olio, each dish is a testament to the skill and experience of the chefs behind the scenes.

The ambiance at I'pizzacchiere adds to the overall experience. With its rustic décor, friendly staff, and laid-back vibe, it’s the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or a romantic evening with someone special. The service is prompt and attentive, with staff always happy to recommend the perfect wine to complement your meal. It’s clear that the team behind this pizzeria is passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

What really sets I'pizzacchiere apart from other pizzerias in Florence is the sense of community it fosters. The owners and staff truly care about the customers, and this is reflected in the warm, welcoming environment that you’ll experience during your visit. Whether you're a local or a tourist, you’ll feel like part of the family as soon as you walk through the door.

As for the reviews, I'pizzacchiere has earned a stellar reputation among both locals and tourists. Many rave about the quality of the food and the authenticity of the flavors. It’s a place where you can enjoy traditional Italian dishes that are both comforting and exciting. The value for money is also exceptional, making it a favorite spot for pizza lovers in Florence.

In short, if you're in the area and looking for a true taste of Italy, I'pizzacchiere is the place to be. With its authentic pizzas, welcoming atmosphere, and dedication to quality, it’s a must-visit for anyone who wants to experience the best that Florence has to offer. • (UNPAID REVIEW) Actually I've had the greatest time, never got an actual pizza that was spicy enough to get called "ATOMICA" (Atomic/nuclear for English/American), I've been greatly treated by the staff, Dario the owner is a great master of pizza making, has been treating the ingredients majestically through the process of the composition, also there are the waiters that treat you like you've always been there, has a really warm atmosphere, welcoming and a bit strangely house like, might had been the small spaces that get you to get in touch (not physically), with the other clients, like you're all just sitting at one table, exchanging one to the others advices about Florence and Tuscany. By any chance I hope that you could just try out the other pizza that my friend just eaten out, not even having the occasion to take a picture of it that was the "BOSCAIOLA"; the irresistible scent of truffle was calling me out but, while I was taking the picture of my pizza the other was already finished. P.s. they also make deliveries to the Piazzale Michelangelo, look out their site, as I was sitting there has been a delivery and in no time they made it and sent it. Just be sure to get it on the delivery point, I've seen it afterwards or I'd rather eaten the pizza with the magic atmosphere of the sunset looking at the landscape of Florence. Cheers and thank you Pizzacchiere for the wonderful experience

  • A perfect little pizza spot for a low key lunch. The sauce was delicious and the toppings were just right. I had the Napoli.

  • Go here. Best pizza we had in Italy! We had this on the second day of our trip and I tried replicating it in other pizzerias. And it was the only pizza my kids loved while there. None compared. I will dream of this pizza

  • As an American coming back from the Plaza Michelangelo, this is right at the base. We stopped in to great service and prices for pizza! Wife and I shared the buffalo pizza. It had the greatest pizza sauce we had anywhere in Tuscany! The cheese and dough was superb as well!

  • Cute pizzeria. Good prices. No table service, but also: then you only pay for the pizza and not extra for the table service. Was good. Nice owner. Let me use the bathroom of the neighbouring cafe.

  • Amazing! Ordered at the bottom. They delivered to the top. Family of four, (11yr & 8yr) smashed their pizza. Great value. Great taste and super quick. Great evening meal with the sunset whilst watching the sun set

  • Now this is real #pizza! ???????? Yes all region #pizzas are different. This one is from Florence called #Salamino. Nice clean place. Good seatting area and quiet. Hightlight: the pizza is prepared on the spot when ordered so no reheatting. Pizza ois freshly made! Next to try will be in Rome. #ipizzacchiere

  • Great (!) Pizza and charming staff! Pizzas are made fresh and very fast, perfect for picking them up almost immediately. Only drawback is that there is no bathroom but the shop is designed to supply many people with pizza in a fast way, not as a sit-in restaurant. I would recommend it to my friends visiting florence, especially when they descend the Piazzale Michelangelo
